The Rendering class performs the following steps:
To be included in the rendering an Actor must have an enableMask() and Effect::enableMask() such that "(Actor::enableMask() & Rendering::enableMask()) != 0" and "(Actor::effect()->enableMask() & Rendering::enableMask()) != 0".
